Please do not send passwords, PDF passwords or payment details. We never ask for them, and we never need the PDF itself.
Report an issue
When an import goes wrong, the plugin's import report has a Copy diagnostics button. Paste what it copies into an email to us. We never need the PDF itself.
Need more imports?
If 5 documents a month is not enough, tell us what you are working on. During early access we can raise the limit.
